| Working experience and occupation | Ms. Thong Mei Chuen ("Ms. Thong") has had 5 years of equity capital markets experience having worked at Credit Suisse in New York from 2004 to 2006, and Deutsche Bank from 2006 to 2009 at their New York, Hong Kong and Singapore offices. She subsequently joined the corporate finance team in Genting Hong Kong from 2009 to mid-2012. On 1 July 2012, she was appointed Head of Global Treasury and Corporate Planning of Insas Berhad. In February 2014, she took on the role of Chief Operating Officer in Microlink Solutions Berhad's Singapore division.
Ms. Thong was appointed to the Board of Inari Amertron Berhad on 2 July 2013 as the Alternate Director to Dato' Sri Thong Kok Khee, who is a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director and substantial shareholder of Inari Amertron Berhad.
