Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 15 July 2020, 24 July 2020, 24 August 2020, 25 August 2020, 14 September 2020, 17 September 2020, 18 September 2020, 13 June 2023, 27 June 2024, 30 June 2025 and 24 June 2026 respectively in relation to the 30% Private Placement. 

 

The Board of Directors of Lambo had on 21 September 2026 approved the variation of the utilisation and further extension of timeframe for the full utilisation of the proceeds raised from the 30% Private Placement  ("Variation and Extension of Time").
