The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Savelite, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had via its solicitors, filed a Writ of Summons with Statement of Claim dated 7 April 2026 in the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur against Ecolectric on 8 April 2026. The Writ of Summons and the Statement of Claim was served to Ecolectric on 9 April 2026. Please refer to the attachment for the details of this announcement. This announcement is dated 21 September 2026. Remarks:- M & A Securities Sdn Bhd ("M&A"), being the Sponsor, was responsible for the admission of ES Sunlogy to the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 20 February 2025.
