The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Savelite, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had via its solicitors, filed a Writ of Summons with Statement of Claim dated 13 July 2026 in the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur against Ecolectric on 17 July 2026. The Writ of Summons with the Statement of Claim was served to Ecolectric on 14 July 2026.
