Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 10 September 2026 in relation to the e-Lelong of the property owned by Country Heights Commercial Development Sdn Bhd ("CHCD"), a subsidiary of Country Heights Holdings Berhad ("CHHB" or "the Company").

The Board of Directors of CHHB wishes to announce that the Company received confirmation from its solicitors on 21 September 2026 that the e-Lelong was cancelled due to the absence of bidders. 

Accordingly, no sale of the property took place pursuant to the said e-Lelong.

The property comprises a piece of commercial land held under GRN 122934, Lot 37653, Bandar Country Height, District of Ulu Langat, Selangor, measuring approximately 6.4141 acres (2.5957 hectares). The reserve price stated in the Proclamation of Sale was RM55.0 million.

The cancellation of the e-Lelong does not, in itself, result in any immediate financial impact on the Group as no sale of the property has taken place.

The Company will make further announcements on any material development in relation to the matter as and when appropriate.
