Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 3 August 2026, 19 August 2026, 24 August 2026, 26 August 2026, 1 September 2026 and 3 September 2026 in relation to the application for Judicial Management Order ("JM Application") and appointment of Interim Judicial Managers ("IJM") ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

The Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 15 September 2026, prior to the hearing of the JM Application that was fixed for 21 September 2026, received a Notice of Application filed by five shareholders seeking to intervene in the proceedings of the JM Application ("Proposed Interveners").

On 21 September 2026, the High Court gave the following directions to parties:

(a) the Company to file its Affidavit in Reply on 12 October 2026;

(b) the Proposed Interveners to file Affidavit in Reply on 26 October 2026; and

(c) the parties to file submission on 9 November 2026.

The Court directs that the hearing of the Proposed Interveners' Application be fixed on 18 November 2026 at 11.00 a.m. and in the event that the Proposed Interveners' Application is dismissed, the Court shall proceed with the hearing of JM Application.

The Company will make further announcement(s) as and when there are any material developments in relation to the above matter.
