The Board of Directors of ETA ("Board") wishes to announce that ETA D&B had on 22 September 2026 entered into the following agreements:-

(a)          three (3) design and build construction agreements with ETA Industries Sdn Bhd ("ETAI") (collectively, the "Head Contracts") for an aggregate contract value of RM66,689,792.60; and

(b)          three (3) subcontract agreements with ETA World Sdn Bhd ("ETAW") (collectively, the "Subcontracts") for an aggregate subcontract value of RM63,514,088.18,

in respect of the design and build of three (3) industrial developments in Mukim Kapar, Daerah Klang, Selangor Darul Ehsan (collectively, the "Projects"). The Head Contracts and the Subcontracts are collectively referred to as the "Contracts".

The Contracts are RRPT within item 1 of Section 2.6, Part A of the Circular to Shareholders dated 30 April 2026 ("Circular"), for which a shareholders' mandate was obtained at the 32nd Annual General Meeting on 22 May 2026 ("RRPT Mandate"). Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Listing Requirements"), the Board also announces that the aggregate actual value of RRPT under item 1 has exceeded the estimated value in the Circular by 10% or more, as set out in Section 6.0.
