On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce the following in relation to the Listing:

(a) Level of subscription of public balloting and placement;

(b) Basis of allotment/allocation;

(c) Distribution of the private placement tranche; and

(d) Disclosure of placees who become substantial shareholders of GB arising from the Listing, if any.
