The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang Sdn Bhd ("PBAPP") (as the Plaintiff), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 13 May 2026 filed a Statement of Claim in the Penang High Court, bearing Civil Suit No. PA-22C-1-05/2026, against Impian Mawar Sdn Bhd ("Impian Mawar") (as the Defendant) for breach of contract and negligence arising from its failure to complete the earthworks for the reservoir (the "Claim").

Subsequent to the filing of the Claim, Impian Mawar filed a Counterclaim against PBAPP in the Penang High Court on 28 July 2026.
