The Company has resolved to change its financial year end from 30 June 2026 to 31 December 2026. The rationale for the change is to better align the Company financial reporting and operational resource planning with its ongoing business activities. Following this change, the next audited financial statements will cover a period of 18 months from 1 July 2025 to 31 December 2026.
