(For consistency, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the announcement dated 21 September 2026 in relation to the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding ("MoU") with Tata Electronics Private Limited to collaborate on accelerating the operational readiness of Dholera Fab, where applicable, unless stated otherwise or defined herein.)

Further to the announcement made on 21 September 2026, the Board of Directors of Kelington Group Berhad wishes to disclose the additional information as listed below:-

(a) the MoU shall remain valid for a period of three (3) years commencing from 18 September 2026, unless extended by the parties through a written agreement.

(b) none of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the MoU.
