Unless otherwise stated or redefined herein, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those set out in the Company's announcement dated 21 September 2026.

Further to the announcement made by Ecomate on 21 September 2026 in relation to the purchase order received by Progressive Computer Systems Sdn. Bhd. ("PCS"), a 60%-owned subsidiary of the Company, the Board of Directors wishes to inform that the "Customer C" referred to in the said announcement is 10 Creative Solutions Sdn. Bhd. ("10CS").

10CS is a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia and is principally engaged as a solution provider and distributor of information and communication technology ("ICT") hardware and software.

Save for the above clarification, all other information contained in the announcement dated 21 September 2026 remains unchanged.
