The Board of Directors of PeterLabs wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval on the following at its forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held:

(i)   Proposed Shareholders' Mandate for the Company to enter into Recurrent Related Party Transactions or a Revenue or Trading Nature with Related Parties; and

(ii)  Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate to Purchase its Own Shares of up to 10% of its total issued shares.

The Circular/Statement to Shareholders on the Proposals will be issued to the shareholders in due course.
