GLM REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the Manager of Tower Real Estate Investment Trust ("Tower REIT") writes to inform that Tower REIT will be seeking the approval of its unitholders for the proposed renewal of unitholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature ("Proposed Renewal of Unitholders' Mandate") at its forthcoming 14th Annual General Meeting to be convened.
