Reference is made to IRIS Corporation Berhad ("ICB")'s earlier announcements dated 8 December 2023, 12 December 2023 and 9 September 2025, and IRIS Group Berhad ("Company")'s earlier announcement dated 25 May 2026, 3 June 2026, 24 June 2026, 10 July 2026, 22 July 2026 and 1 September 2026 in relation to the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim. Unless otherwise defined, the terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the earlier announcements.

The Company wishes to announce that, at the case management conducted  via e-review before the Court of Appeal on 22 September 2026, in respect of the appeals filed by IITS and Tec D respectively, the Court of Appeal has fixed both appeals to be heard together on 4 August 2027.

The Company will make further announcements on any material developments in relation to this matter as and when appropriate.
