Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 14 September 2026 in relation to the Proposed Single-Tier Final Dividend for the financial year ended 31 May 2026 ("Earlier Announcement").

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to clarify that the proposed single-tier final dividend should be 1.90 sen per ordinary share, instead of 1.19 sen per ordinary share as stated in the Earlier Announcement.

Save for the above amendment, all other information contained in the Earlier Announcement remains unchanged.
