Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 6 November 2025, 15 May 2026, 3 July 2026, 13 July 2026, 15 July 2026, 10 September 2026 and 15 September 2026 in relation to the Proposed Bulk Water Purchase ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the aforesaid Announcements.
