Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 8 June 2026, 9 July 2026 and 20 July 2026 in relation to the Petition ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

The Company wishes to announce that during the hearing for the Petition on 23 September 2026 before the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur ("Court"), the Court has granted the orders sought under paragraph 15 (a) to (c) as follows:-

(a) that PDM be wound up by the Court under the provisions of the Companies Act 2016;

(b) Ng Choon Jin of S. L. Ng Corporate Solutions PLT be appointed as the Liquidator of PDM;

(c) that PCI be allowed their costs of and incidental to the winding-up to be taxed by the proper officer of the Court and paid by the provisional liquidator out of the assets of PDM; and

(d) the costs of RM5,000.00 to be paid to PCI, subject to the allocatur fee from the assets of PDM.

The Company will make further announcement(s) as and when there are any material developments in relation to the above matter.
