Reference is made to the earlier disclosures dated 19 March 2026 and 2 September 2026.

We wish to advise that 3D Energi Limited, an associate company of Hibiscus Petroleum Berhad, has issued a disclosure to the Australian Stock Exchange ("ASX") dated 18 September 2026.

A copy of the disclosure to the ASX is enclosed in the attachment.

There is no financial impact to the Group as the carrying value of its investment in 3D Energi Limited was fully impaired on 30 June 2026.
