Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 30 January 2026 and 21 July 2026 in relation to the Proposed Land Acquisitions.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Prisma Bumiraya Sdn. Bhd. (Receivers and Managers Appointed) (in Liquidation) ("PBSB" or "Vendor 1") and Akasia Dimensi Sdn. Bhd. (Receivers and Managers Appointed) ("ADSB" or "Vendor 2") had on even date agreed in writing to grant a further extension of time, to EcoFirst Homes Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as KE Management Services Sdn. Bhd.) ("EHSB" or "Purchaser 1") and EcoFirst Living Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as EcoFirst Laboratories Sdn. Bhd.) ("ELSB" or "Purchaser 2") respectively to complete the Proposed Land Acquisitions, commencing from 18 August 2026 and ending on 30 November 2026.
