Choy Yuin Yi is currently an Executive Director of Federal International Holdings Berhad.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and has attended the Professional Legal Skills, Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) at City University London.

After her completion of studies, she interned in various law practices in the United Kingdom. Upon her returning to Malaysia, she started her legal career as a Pupil in Chambers at Skrine in November 2016 and subsequently served as a Legal Associate until December 2018. 

In January 2019, she joined the Masteron Group, taking up position as Legal Manager as well as Operations & Procurement Manager of the Hospitality Division. In addition, she holds membership in REHDA Youth (The Real Estate and Housing Developers' Association Youth Malaysia).

She has served as a Director of Masteron Sdn Bhd since September 2019 and has gained exposure to the property development, construction and hospitality sectors.

Ms Choy Yuin Yi ("Ms Choy") is an Alternate Director of Federal Furniture (M) Sdn Bhd ("FFM"), which is principally involved in trading of furniture and building materials. FFM is a vendor to companies within the YTL Corporation Berhad ("the Group"). A potential conflict of interest may arise in relation to transactions between Federal Furniture (M) Sdn Bhd and the Group. Ms Choy will declare her interest and abstain from deliberation and voting on any matter involving Federal Furniture (M) Sdn Bhd, where applicable.
