Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 28 May 2026 ("Announcement") in relation to the non-binding term sheet ("Term Sheet") executed by RTB with Chin Kok You ("Vendor") for the proposed acquisition of 51% equity interest in Centrix Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd ("Proposed Acquisition"). Further reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 26 August 2026 in relation to the extension of the exclusivity period as mutually agreed between the Parties.  Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of RTB wishes to announce that the Parties have mutually agreed to further extend the exclusivity period under the Term Sheet for the Proposed Acquisition to 30 October 2026.
