The Board of Directors of TSH Resources Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company's 90%-owned indirect subsidiary, PT Sarana Prima Multi Niaga ("PT SPMN"), has executed a letter of statement  acknowledging an administrative fine of IDR184,347,000,000 (approximately RM42 million) imposed by the Satuan Tugas Penertiban Kawasan Hutan (Forest Area Enforcement Task Force) of Indonesia.

PT SPMN will settle the administrative fine by four instalments, the first being latest by 25 September 2026.
