We refer to the announcements dated 25 November 2025, 26 November 2025, 17 April 2026, 7 May 2026, 29 May 2026, 26 August 2026, 3 September 2026, 4 September 2026 and 22 September 2026 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that, the Company had on 25 September 2026 submitted an application to Bursa Securities seeking its approval for an extension of time of up to 15 April 2027 for the Company to complete the implementation of the Private Placement, Share Capital Reduction and Rights Issue.
