Further to the Company's announcements dated 14 August 2026 and 17 August 2026, unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the earlier announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that, following the execution of the Facilitation and Collaboration Agreement with INT Network Solution Sdn. Bhd. on 14 August 2026, MQ AI Technology Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Yixi Wellness Sdn. Bhd.) ("MQ AI"), a subsidiary of MQ Tech, has on 25 September 2026 entered into an Exclusive Agency Cooperation Agreement for Energy-Saving Services ("Agreement") with Exands (Shanghai) Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("Exands") to establish an exclusive cooperation arrangement for the marketing, implementation and operation of AI-powered central air-conditioning energy-saving projects in Malaysia and Indonesia.
