| Working experience and occupation | KDR. (K) Datuk Charles O. Pang obtained his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from City University of Seattle, Washington, U.S.A., in 1986, and subsequently earned an M.B.A. from the same university in 1987. He began his career in 1988 as a Cadet Apprentice at Sabah Softwoods Sdn Bhd in Tawau, Sabah. He then joined Syarikat Trushidup Sdn Bhd in Sandakan, Sabah, serving as a Director from 1989 to 2004. Previously, he was the Sabah State Assemblymen for N. 44 Karamunting, Sandakan and a Committee Member of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC), Sabah, from 2013 to 2018. In the corporate sector, he was the Chairman of Norsechem (Sabah) Sdn Bhd from 2013 to 2020 and later served as its Executive Chairman from 2020 to 2023. Currently, he serves as a Director of SEQU-TAS Offshore Safety Sdn Bhd, a premier Sabah-based offshore safety training provider, which delivers a wide range of courses in compliance with Petronas and Shell PMU, and international industry standards. |
