OFFER OF OPTIONS UNDER SHARE ISSUANCE SCHEME OF THE COMPANY ("SIS")
Reference is made to the SIS which was implemented by the Company on 7 September 2026.
Pursuant to Rule 9.19(51) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of SAC wishes to announce that that the Company has offered options to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company under the SIS ("SISOptions") as follows:
