Reference is made to the announcements dated 28 April 2026, 30 April 2026, 18 May 2026, 21 May 2026, 18 June 2026, 19 June 2026, 17 July 2026 and 9 September 2026 ("Earlier Announcements") in relation to the Originating Summons (Ex Parte) filed by Omesti Holdings Berhad (the "Applicant").

 

The Board of Directors of Ho Hup wishes to announce that the Company had been notified by its solicitors on 25 September 2026 that the hearing of the RO Application proceeded on 24 September 2026. The Court has further fixed 12 October 2026 for decision.

 

The Company will make further announcement as and when there are any material developments on the above matter.
