The Board of Directors of Taghill ("Board") wishes to announce that Taghill Aman Sdn. Bhd. ("Taghill Aman"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 25 September 2026 entered into a joint venture agreement ("JVA") with Mohamed Hasbullah bin Che Hussin ("Registered Proprietor") and SBJ Binajaya Development Sdn. Bhd. ("SBJ") (collectively, the "Landowners") for the proposed development of a parcel of freehold Malay Reservation land measuring approximately 32,150 square metres located at Tempat Kg. Chekok, Mukim Chekok, Jajahan Kota Bharu, Negeri Kelantan ("Project Land") ("Proposed Joint Venture").
