The Board of Directors of OB Holdings wishes to inform that OB Holdings intends to seek its shareholders' approval in respect of the proposed renewal of the existing shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue and/or trading nature ("Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming Third Annual General Meeting of the Company.

A Circular to shareholders containing the details of the Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate will be announced and published on the Company's website in due course.
