PROPOSED DISPOSAL BY SUNSURIA CITY SDN BHD, BEING A 99.99%-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF SUNSURIA ("SUNSURIA CITY" OR "VENDOR"), OF A PARCEL OF COMMERCIAL LAND IN SELANGOR FOR A TOTAL CASH CONSIDERATION OF APPROXIMATELY RM316.84 MILLION ("PROPOSED DISPOSAL")

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Sunsuria, Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that on 28 September 2026, Sunsuria City had entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with Amazon Data Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd for the proposed disposal of a parcel of land held under H.S.(D) 65882, PT 100115, Mukim of Dengkil, District of Sepang, State of Selangor for a total cash consideration of approximately RM316.84 million.
