We refer to the announcements dated 18 June 2026, 23 June 2026, 29 June 2026 and 14 September 2026 in relation to the Proposals. 

 

On behalf of the Board of Directors of PUC, Berjaya Securities wishes to announce that the Company and the Vendors had, on 28 September 2026 via a letter of extension, mutually agreed to extend the period for the fulfilment of the relevant conditions precedent under the SSA up to 31 October 2026.
