We refer to the previous announcement dated 14 July 2026 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcement shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 28 September 2026, approved the Company's application for an extension of time of up to 10 March 2027 to submit the draft circular in respect of the Proposed Acquisition to Bursa Securities ("Extension of Time"). The Extension of Time is sought pursuant to Paragraph 9.33(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
