We refer to the previous announcement dated 23 June 2026 in relation to the Proposed Disposal. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcement shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that PLSB had, on 28 September 2026, entered into an amendment and restatement agreement ("ARA") with DDCM and DayOne Data Centers Malaysia I Sdn Bhd ("DDCM I"), a subsidiary of DDCM's holding company, to give effect to DDCM's exercise of its right under Clause 29.2 of the SPA to novate and assign all of the rights and obligations of DDCM under the SPA dated 23 June 2026 to DDCM I ("Substitution of Purchaser").

The Substitution of Purchaser, as permitted under Clause 29.2 of the SPA, arose subsequent to the execution of the SPA as part of an internal restructuring exercise undertaken by the Purchaser's group of companies, whereby DDCM I has been designated as the entity to assume and undertake all rights, title, interests, benefits, obligations and liabilities of DDCM under the SPA. It should be noted that save for the amendments necessary to give effect to the Substitution of Purchaser and the consequential amendments arising therefrom, all other terms and conditions of the SPA shall remain valid, binding and in full force and effect.
