We are pleased to announce the offering by CLSASM of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of HENGYUAN by way of market making.

The HENGYUANC64 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The HENGYUANC64 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 14 May 2026. The HENGYUANC64 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 26 May 2026. The obligations of CLSASM under HENGYUANC64 are guaranteed by CITIC Securities International Company Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 14 May 2026.
