Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 24 July 2026 and 27 July 2026 in relation to the winding-up petition served on the Company ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

The Company wishes to announce that the hearing of the winding-up petition that was fixed for 28 September 2026 has been vacated and a case management session has been fixed for 23 November 2026.

The Company will make further announcement(s) as and when there are any material developments in relation to the above matter.
