SD Guthrie Berhad ("Guthrie" or "Company") wishes to announce that G3Nerasi Kinta Sdn Bhd ("GKinta"), an indirect 33.5% owned company through SD Guthrie Renewable Energy Sdn Bhd ("SDGRE"), has, on 28 September 2026, entered into a Bilateral Energy Supply Contract ("BESC") term sheet with a United States-based multinational technology company ("Offtaker") in relation to a proposed BESC ("Proposed BESC" or "Project").

The Proposed BESC involves the supply of renewable energy to the Offtaker's data centres under the Corporate Renewable Energy Supply Scheme ("CRESS"), generated by hybrid utility-scale solar photovoltaic plant with total minimum net capacity of 680 MWac and supported by a four-hour battery storage system to enhance reliability and dispatchability.
