The Board of Directors of Muar Ban Lee Group Berhad ("MBL" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that Sokor Gemilang Ladang Sdn. Bhd. ("SGLSB" or "the Vendor"), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 29 September 2026 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") with Maluri Avenue One Sdn. Bhd. ("MAOSB" or "the Purchaser") for the sale and novate and transfer of all of SGLSB's rights, interests, benefits, title, obligations and liabilities in relation to the Plantation Rights ("the Disposal") for a total consideration of RM16million ("Disposal Consideration").
