The Closing Price of RM1.7223 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of MSC shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than MSC-CY's Exercise Price of RM2.20, holders of MSC-CY will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised MSC-CY will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of MSC-CY shall terminate absolutely.
