The Closing Price of RM17.3761 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of PETGAS shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than PETGAS-C10's Exercise Price of RM18.00, holders of PETGAS-C10 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised PETGAS-C10 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of PETGAS-C10 shall terminate absolutely.
