The Closing Price of RM4.5238 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of ITMAX shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than ITMAX-C6's Exercise Price of RM5.00, holders of ITMAX-C6 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised ITMAX-C6 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of ITMAX-C6 shall terminate absolutely.
