As the Closing Price is lower than ZETRIX-CBA's Exercise Price of RM0.68, holders of ZETRIX-CBA will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised ZETRIX-CBA will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of ZETRIX-CBA shall terminate absolutely.
