Description 
PTT Synergy Group Berhad ("PTT" or "the Company") - Proposed acquisition of four (4) parcels of land together with the factory units erected or to be erected thereon by PTT Assets Sdn. Bhd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of PTT, for a total cash consideration of RM31,996,552.00

The Board of Directors of PTT wishes to announce that PTT Assets Sdn. Bhd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 30 September 2026 entered into four (4) separate Sale and Purchase Agreements ("SPAs") with Sime Darby Property (Bukit Raja) Sdn. Bhd. for the acquisition of four (4) parcels of land, each together with a unit of detached factory erected or to be erected thereon, for a total cash consideration of RM31,996,552.00 only, subject to the terms and conditions of the SPAs.
