The Board of Directors ("Board") of DPI Holdings Berhad ("DPIH" or "the Company") wishes to announce that DPIH has approved the provision of financial assistance in the form of advances to its subsidiaries as follows (collectively referred to as the "Provisions of Financial Assistance"):

- Eastern Forever Sdn. Bhd. : Financial Assistance of RM4,500,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Four Million and Five Hundred Thousand Only) for a total tenure of five (5) years at an interest rate of 4.5% per annum; and

- Eastern Forever (Sabah) Sdn Bhd. : Financial Assistance of RM4,000,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Four Million Only) for a total tenure of 54 months at an interest rate of 4.5% per annum.
