IMASPRO CORPORATION BERHAD ("IMASPRO" OR "THE COMPANY") - PROPOSED RENEWAL OF SHAREHOLDERS' MANDATE FOR THE AUTHORITY TO THE COMPANY TO PURCHASE ITS OWN SHARES OF UP TO TEN PER CENTUM (10%) OF ITS TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES

The Board of Directors of Imaspro wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Twenty-Second Annual General Meeting of Imaspro on the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for the Authority to the Company to purchase its own Shares up to ten per centum (10%) of the Total Number of Issued Shares ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate").

 

A Statement to Shareholders containing details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be issued to the shareholders of the Company together with the Company's Annual Report 2026 in due course.
