The Board of Directors ("the Board") of HeiTech Padu Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company had on 29 September 2026, received a written notice dated 29 September 2026 from SBY Partners PLT ("SBY"), giving notice of their resignation as the Auditors of the Company and its subsidiaries pursuant to Section 281(1) of the Companies Act 2016 ("CA 2016"). In accordance with Section 281(2) of CA 2016, the resignation will take effect 21 days from the date of the notice.

In the resignation letter, SBY has clarified that it has taken the decision to downsize its practice due to resignation of partners, and confirmed that there are no other circumstances connected with their resignation that should be brought to the attention of the Company.

The Board is not aware of any other matters relating to SBY's resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

A further announcement on the appointment of the new Auditors will be made once finalised by the Board.
