Further to the Company's announcement dated 29 June 2026, the Board of Directors of IAB wishes to inform that there has been no material development on the status of the Memorandum of Understanding for Exclusive National Distributorship ("MOU") entered into between Insights Analytics Berhad ("IAB") and Pipeline Inspection and Assessment Pty Ltd ("PIA") on 29 June 2026.

The MOU remains in effect, and IAB and PIA are currently in discussion towards the finalisation of the Distribution Agreement.

Further announcement on any material development in respect of the MOU will be made in due course.
