Reference is made to the Immediate Announcement on Shares Buy-Back released on 29 September 2026 ("29 September SBB Announcement").

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to clarify that the 29 September SBB Announcement was inadvertently submitted as a duplicate of the Company's Immediate Announcement on Shares Buy-Back dated 25 September 2026 ("25 September SBB Announcement").

No share buy-back transaction was undertaken by the Company on 29 September 2026. Accordingly, the 29 September SBB Announcement should be disregarded in its entirety.

For avoidance of doubt, the share buy-back transaction disclosed in the 25 September SBB Announcement, involving the purchase of 1,750,000 ordinary shares at RM0.485 per share, remains unchanged.

Following the above clarification, the cumulative number of treasury shares held by the Company remains at 3,250,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.78060% of the total number of issued shares of the Company as at 29 September 2026.
