The Board of Directors of DFX ("Board") wishes to announce that Diversified Gateway Berhad ("DGB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of DFX, and Excel Commerce Solutions Sdn Bhd ("EXCEL"), a 51%-owned subsidiary of DFX, had on 30 September 2026 signed two separate supply agreements with a leading Malaysian incorporated DC company involved in the provision of data centre facility services and related infrastructures ("Purchaser") for the procurement and supply of key equipments for a 15MW data centre fit-out in Negeri Pulau Pinang (collectively, the "Supply Agreements").
