Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 31 July 2026 and 28 August 2026 in relation to the Company's non-compliance with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02 of the MMLR of Bursa Securities.

The Board of Directors of Harbour-Link wishes to announce that the Company had on 30 September 2026 received a notification from its substantial shareholder, Actijaya Sdn. Bhd. ("Actijaya"), regarding the cessation of Actijaya as a substantial shareholder of the Company following the disposal of 500,000 ordinary shares in Harbour-Link via an off-market transaction on 28 September 2026.

Following the disposal, the public shareholding spread of the Company has now increased from 21.55% to 26.56% as at 30 September 2026.

Accordingly, the Company is now in compliance with the public shareholding spread requirement under Paragraph 8.02 of the MMLR of Bursa Securities.
